Collaboration
At Active Life PhysioCare, we know that the best results come from collaboration. Our physiotherapists don’t work in isolation — we communicate with care home staff, families, and other healthcare professionals to make sure every client gets joined-up support. • With Care Home Staff – we share exercise plans, mobility strategies, and safe handling advice so staff can support progress between sessions. • With Families – we keep relatives informed and provide guidance so they feel confident their loved one is receiving the right care. • With Healthcare Professionals – we liaise with GPs, nurses, and wider healthcare teams when needed to ensure a safe, consistent approach.
By working as a team around each client, we make physiotherapy more effective and ensure improvements in mobility, independence, and wellbeing are sustained.
